Ashish is a seasoned technologist with strong business background and deep functional knowledge across various domains like finance, retail and manufacturing. He is adept in designing, developing, implementing and managing cross-functional business-technology solutions and has executed the same at various large and SMB clients worldwide. He is always enthusiastic about providing our customers with best of the breed solutions and complete service satisfaction.
He has successfully led numerous in-house and cloud based ERP, CRM, BI and SOA implementation, migration and integration projects for companies across the globe and has a very hands on approach towards management and firmly believes in a “lead by example” style of leadership.
Prior to founding OrbITpeople, Ashish was Founder and CEO of a niche Oracle services company which was later acquired by a large IT services company in California. He then assumed the role of EVP and Country Head – India, managing sales and delivery across various business units in the APAC, EMEA and US regions. He holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering from JMI, Delhi and a Masters in Financial Management from JBIMS, Mumbai.

In addition to determining the organizational strategy and direction, Ravi touches all areas of our company: operations and finance, team building, evangelism, and customer relationships.
He possesses a robust technology background and has led over fifty ERP, CRM and BI implementations for leading companies such as Google, Cisco, Sandisk, and Verisign.
Prior to starting Orb IT People, Ravi was Founder and CEO of a technology company which was acquired by a global Oracle partner. He then assumed the role of EVP and Regional Head of Central US, driving expansion through organic growth and acquisitions. He is excited about the evolution of IT as a strategic business component.
