Description:

·         Serve as a consultant to the users requiring SME support in understanding the systems and interfaces

·         Experience working with IVR systems – troubleshooting, designing, testing

·         Understand the interfaces and provide a detailed view of the system to the business users

·         Review and elaborate requirements

·         Conduct an analysis of the requirements and perform impact assessments

·         Analyze user behaviors and needs in order to recommend improvements to user experience.

·         Conduct quality analysis of implementations
